History
Nationwide Loss Adjusters & Marine Surveyors has been operating in Papua New Guinea for over 50 years. Listed below is brief look at our history and how we have progressed.
- 1962 to 1982 the company traded as Toplis & Harding (Qld) Pty Ltd.
- 1982 - Peter Wyatt joined Toplis & Harding (Qld) Pty Ltd as the Queensland Manager.
- 1987 - Toplis & Harding's interest in Queensland and Papua New Guinea acquired by Peter Wyatt and others and the company name changed to National Adjusters Partnership.
- 1993 - Company changed to Wyatt Group with offices in Brisbane , Gold Coast, North Coast , Port Moresby and Lae.
- 1997 - Wyatt Group combined with Gallagher Bassett (USA) and became Wyatt Gallagher Bassett (PNG) Ltd.
- 2005 - The name of the company was changed to Nationwide Loss Adjusters and Marine Surveyors.
- By 2018, the company has expanded further and now employs 15 staff including the only two Chartered Loss Adjusters in Papua New Guinea.
