Nationwide Loss Adjusters & Marine Surveyors has been operating in Papua New Guinea for over 20 years. Listed below is brief look at our history and how we have progressed.

  • 1962 to 1982 the company traded as Toplis & Harding (Qld) Pty Ltd.
  • 1982 - Peter Wyatt joined Toplis & Harding (Qld) Pty Ltd as the Queensland Manager.
  • 1987 - Toplis & Harding's interest in Queensland and Papua New Guinea acquired by Peter Wyatt and others and the company name changed to National Adjusters Partnership.
  • 1993 - Company changed to Wyatt Group with offices in Brisbane , Gold Coast, North Coast , Port Moresby and Lae.
  • 1997 - Wyatt Group combined with Gallagher Bassett (USA) and became Wyatt Gallagher Bassett (PNG) Ltd.
  • 2002 - Wyatt Gallagher Bassett (PNG) acquired by Don Muir and Arthur Barratt with both Lae and Port Moresby offices remaining operational and full resources remaining in tact. Additional expertise with the appointment of our Marine Surveyor (Captain Arthur Muir) complimented by the availability of coverage through out the Pacific Region. The WGB (PNG) name was changed to Nationwide Loss Adjusters Ltd. in 2005.
